Shadow was our first ever resident at the shelter. She was brought in before it was even finished as she had been thrown out on the street by her owners when she was pregnant. Marmel and Lloyd - DAS team members brought her to the shelter to give birth in a safe quiet environment.
Shadow gave birth to 7 puppies but unfortunately they all died due to a parasite that Shadown was carrying.
Shadow is a wonderful dog - she is the queen of the shelter! but luckily she has a home and will be going there in December.
