Levi

Levi
Little Levi was rescued on 25 July 2021 after being hit by a motorbike. He had fractures in both back legs. He was born in March 2021, and is a very loving dog.
Levi's Story
On 25 July 2021, we rescued Levi with fractures in his hind legs from a motorbike accident. As he is still a puppy it's possible that his fractures will heal if we put him in a cast. This apparently is not viable for adults who have stopped growing.

Levi's fractures
He is really friendly and loves to lick the staff! He's young enough that we hope the fractures will heal with a cast so there will be no need for amputation.

Levi Adopted Again!

Levi adopted by Daniel
Super Saturday adoption number one of four!
Levi was originally adopted on 11 September 2021, but was returned a short period later as the owner had developed an allergic reaction to him. Luckily for Levi, Daniel came along and swept him up in his arms for a second chance at a permanent home. You can find out more about Levi on his profile page here.

Levi Adopted!

Levi adopted
Laurence and his nephew Angelo visited the Sanctuary this morning, and are now proud fur parents of Levi!
You may remember Levi had a broken hing leg, so spent his first month with us with a cast. It's lucky he is a young dog, with a bigger capacity for mending broken bones like this than a fully adult dog.

Levi's first walk
He had just begun to walk on a leash when he was adopted, so we hope he is looking forward to a lifetime of walkies with Laurence and Angelo! You can find out more about Levi on his profile page here.
