Teresa was rescued from being euthanised as a stray by the City Vet on Valentine's Day 2020.
She was in good condition so clearly her owner had simply abandoned her.
She has a gentle nature, but doesn't tolerate too much rough playing around her - she enjoys the quiet life!
Teresa was a rescue from death row at the local pound on Feb 14th 2020.
She was a little wary at first but it didn’t take her long to trust us and allow us to pet her. She is really friendly with most of the other dogs but gets a little irritated with the younger dogs when they bother her.
Teresa’s best friend is charlie and she is often sitting next to her or playing with her.
She is still wary with strangers and doesn’t like to be approached by people she doesn’t know so she would take time to adjust to a new family.
She is a very healthy dog and has had no issues whatsoever since she came to the shelter.
We think she was born around 2018. She is spayed and fully vaccinated.
