Found by one of our volunteers Pati in a weakened state, Trudy was rescued in March 2022. Despite testing positive for Parvovirus, she made a recovery and is a very friendly little soul.
Rescued by our volunteer Pati in mid-Mach 2022, Trudy was in a poor state, and tested positive for the potentially fatal disease Parvovirus. We have had a number of very distressing outbreaks of Parvo in the last few years, and we now screen all our new rescues for this terrible virus, and take appropriate actions of remedy and isolation to ensure we don't have any future epidemics.
She has made a remarkable recovery, and shows all the signs of growing into a fun-loving faithful member of the the first lucky family who will adopt her! This video taken not long after we rescued her mentions Corri finding her, but it was actually Pati.
