In April 2023, we picked up Luke as a 2-month old, mange-ridden victim of a hit and run. Not the best start in life, but despite this, his irrepressible spirit and playfulness has won over his humble beginnings, and he would make a joyous a addition to any family!

Luke's Story
On 21 April 2023, Luke was reported to us as being a victim of a hit and run. As if his first few months of life had not been tough enough, being how he was almost completely hairless and very malnourished.

Aside from his mangy skin, X-rays showed that he had a fractured pelvis and an injured back leg. Our vets thought it would likely heal with cage rest, since Luke was still so young.
But while his pelvis healed, his leg didn’t. That doesn’t stop him from playing and running around though! He doesn’t seam to be in any pain, and continuously catches us by surprise with how fast he is.
One thing is for sure; Luke is a resilient little guy. The accident never broke his spirit; he’s extremely friendly, playful, and confident.
As he’s so easy-going, Luke would make a perfect addition to any type of family. Please message us if you’re willing to give Luke a home!
