Milo's New Life
Many of you will remember Milo. He is doing so well in his adopted home with Nicki and Jamie at KooKoo's Nest. It took us 2 years to find the right people for him. But it was well worth the wait.
He is so loved.

Milo was surrendered to the city pound for apparent aggression. Being a Belgian Malinois, he requires proper and appropriate training, which it appears he never received. We sent him to a professional trainer for three months, and looked for a new owner with the knowledge, patience and skill to continue to train him as a working dog.
We had hundreds of applicants who wanted to adopt Milo, but none of them understood what a Belgian Malinois needs in terms of exercise and stimulation.
Until a few weeks ago! After a thorough screening process we're confident that we've found the perfect adopters for Milo. And he even gets to live in paradise
We're going to miss you so much Milo, but we wish you all the happiness in the world with your new family.
You can read all about Milo on his profile page here.
Milo is starting to settle a little more at the shelter. He will not be available for adoption yet until we have spent a few weeks working with him here.
